Does FAGL sync with iCloud?
Yes. When iCloud is available, FAGL synchronizes records and shared timer status between devices using the same Apple Account through Apple's private iCloud storage. Check Settings > Data > iCloud Sync for the status. When it shows Off, your records are saved only on that device. You can also move them with a backup file, as described below.
How do I back up my records or move them to another device?
Go to Settings > Data > Export backup file. You get one .fagl file that you can save or send with AirDrop. On the other device, open the file or use Import backup file. Before importing, FAGL shows what will be added or updated and backs up your current records first. On Mac, iPhone and iPad, FAGL also keeps the 14 most recent automatic local backups.
How does AI work, and what is AI Plus?
AI is optional. Every purchase includes a one-time free cloud AI credit with a daily limit. It's for ages 18 and up and is used only after you agree in the app. If you connect your own API key, AI requests go directly to your chosen provider. Otherwise, when the credit or the daily limit runs out, or when you turn FAGL cloud AI off, FAGL uses Apple Intelligence on supported devices. On Mac you can also download an offline model. AI Plus (US$2.99 a month) is an optional subscription that adds a monthly cloud AI allowance. Turn AI on or off in Settings > AI.
How does the Apple Watch app work?
The watch app works together with FAGL on your paired iPhone. Start, pause and finish to-dos from your wrist, and see the time left on a complication.
How do I restore purchases, cancel AI Plus or get a refund?
FAGL is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account: sign in with the same account and download it again from the App Store. To restore AI Plus, tap Restore Purchases in Settings > AI. To cancel it, tap Manage Subscription there or use your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What do I need to run FAGL?
A Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later, or an iPhone or iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26.1 or later. The watch app needs an Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later, paired with an iPhone.
